This feature, implemented in Planzone within a month, will be easy to use: you will be able to activate/deactivate "Cascade sub-activities" in the activity menu that creates dependencies between sub-activities of a specified activity. If you are delayed for completing the first activity, then you'll move it forward on the timeline and the dependent activities will be moved as well.
