Planzone Privacy Policy

To be able to use Planzone, you have to provide personal data. 

 

 

Use of collected data

We have procedures in place to ensure that only authorized Augeo Software employees can access your data or information, and only for the purpose of providing you with our services. We will not share this information with third parties.

 

 

Personal information

When you register to use the Planzone services or fill in a form on the Planzone website, you agree to provide personal information such as your name, email address or other contact details which will be used to give you access to Planzone and keep you informed by email of new services, product launches, ads and changes in the terms of use or billing. Your personal data will be managed by the Planzone Customer Service Department within Augeo Software.

When you register, you are asked to choose a password which is confidential and used exclusively to allow you to access your Planzone account and Forum.

 

 

Cookies

The Planzone Services install temporary cookies (valid for the duration of your session) and permanent cookies (valid for a 15-day period) on your computer system. These cookies are used to create a unique work session. They are created from a secure SHA-1 algorithm and are transmitted to your computer through a safe SSL connection. They do not contain personal information and become invalid as soon as you log out of your Planzone Work Space.

The Planzone Services store information related to your browsing of the Planzone sites by recording data such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type and language, pages viewed, frequency and times of connection, duration of the session, usage profile or features used. This information is collected and used to analyze usage trends, improve the user experience and provide a better level of service to our customers. 

If cookies are disabled in your browser, you may not be able to access some of the Planzone services:

Third-party cookies

Planzone may use remarketing with Google Analytics to promote its online service. Third-party providers, including Google, may track and analyze non-personal and non-identifiable data (such as usage and other statistical data about website usage) to obtain information, optimize and serve ads based on the pages visited on our site.  

The information provided to a third party does not include any personal data. However, this information may be reassociated with personal information once received by the company. This privacy policy does not cover the use of third-party cookies. 

 

 

Feedback, Contributions to the Forum and Blog

Any information that you may provide through the Planzone Feedback Form, the Planzone Forum or the Planzone Blog may be made available to other Users. Augeo reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate for other Planzone Users. 

 

 

Management of Personal Information

In accordance with the French law of January 6, 1978 on information technology, computer files and freedom, as amended, you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify, correct or delete your data that would be inappropriate, incomplete, ambiguous or obsolete, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons.
