The Planzone Development Team is working on a new function. We will offer you very soon the file attachment and we want to share our progress in this area.
The new function enable you to attach a file or a wiki page to a to-do, milestones and project activities.
The attaching of files will allow you to create a better workspace by providing a direct access to a set of files or a set of wiki pages that you need for your work.
To get access to the attachments, you'll have to expand the to-do or milestone by clicking on the title. The to-do or milestone will expand with the complete description and a compact list of attachments.
Your documents are there, you can download your files, upload new versions and for wiki pages you can edit them. All these actions are available by clicking on the attachment icon.
Adding an attachment is easy. When your to-do or milestone is expanded, an "Add attachment" action will open a dialog box allowing to either choose a file, choose a wiki page or upload a new file. Once uploaded or selected, your to-do gets a new attachment.
